STORY
A journey of flavours, Ibraim’s culinary odyssey began in Tashkent, a historic hub of the Middle-East and Silk Road traditions. It was here that he first learned the foundational secrets of butchery and the ancestral techniques of open-flame cooking. Seeking to expand his palette, he moved to the Crimean Peninsula, immersing himself in the coastal traditions of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. This unique blend of Middle Eastern soul and Mediterranean freshness defines his signature approach today.
